  10. compatable cards. 4.5 millisecond clock
  11. and microsecond accuracy timers. VAT is
  12. Freeware and comes with source and
  13. example code (Turbo C). VAT is intended
  14. for all programmers who want to easily
  15. incorperate sound effects and music into
  16. their DOS programs.
